From day one, I received guidance, encouragement, and unwavering support from our tutors and classmates. It wasn’t just a class—it was a small, caring community where we looked out for each other.
That support didn’t end when I completed the program. Upon my arrival in the U.S., Study Page continued to walk with me, helping me settle in and navigate life in a new country.
Today, I am proud to be a Special Needs Education teacher in Arizona, living out the very dream I once thought was beyond reach.

Hello Teachers. My name is Milicent Owori from Busia Kenya. Currently in North Carolina-USA. I am one of the beneficiaries of Study page program. I knew nothing about Teaching Abroad. When I heard of it, I never hesitated. Some discouraged me at first thinking it was a scam but I gave a deaf ear. I do not regret my take. Through enrolling in study page, I was able to understand the need to come and teach in the USA. My journey to the USA started in February 2023, when I was guided by Study Page. I had been teaching in Kenya for 23 years—13 years at Sunshine Secondary School and 10 years at Riara Springs Girls' High School. Throughout my career, I never imagined I would have the opportunity to teach abroad, let alone in the United States.

Thanks to Study Page’s expert guidance and support, my dream became a reality. They helped me through every step of the process, making what once seemed impossible possible.

In August 2023, I proudly arrived in Austin, Texas, on a J1 Visa, ready to start this exciting new chapter of my life.

This is my story—a story of perseverance, guidance, and the realization of a long-held dream. I am grateful to Study Page for making it all happen!

I was a teacher in Kenya before I got registered with Study Page group. The group organized an online sensitization forum where several teachers came together and we were informed of teaching opportunities in the US, requirements and how to navigate the application process.
Connections
To get a teaching job you will get connected with VISA sponsors, guided through setting up interviews and steps after interviews. Study page has connections to a variety of sponsors. In my journey with Study page I applied using several links and one of the main sponsors showed interest in my profile and interviewed me successfully.
The sponsor put me through their own training and interviews. I was then recruited, interview by a school district, issued DS2019 and later airticket to travel. All thanks to the Study page team. I commend this team and I ask that if you are willing and seriously in pursuit of Teaching in America, register and you will make it to the US. Thank you Study page, im a living testimony that this program work!
